Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Rivermark Clear Freight Group is a Chicago logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
