Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Bright Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
