Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Toledo presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
