Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Toledo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
