Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Nova Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Anchorage region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
