Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 254 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
