Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Nashville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
