Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Rivermark Timber Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in St. Louis, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
