Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Lumen Field Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
