Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Redstone Bright Manufacturing Group is a Houston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
