Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Silverline Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Jacksonville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
