Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
