Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
