Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
