Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
