Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Birch Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification.
