Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Junction Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Raleigh and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
