Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 479 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
