Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield West Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
