Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Providence with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
