Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Providence, RI)

Amberfield Timber Medical Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
