Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Providence plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
