Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Union Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Providence. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
