Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Pike Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Portland and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
