Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Portland, OR)

Redstone Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Portland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
