Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Iron Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
