Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Labs is a nonprofit in Portland supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in Portland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
