Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
