Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Pittsburgh design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
