Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
