Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Ember Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
