Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Phoenix presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer programmes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
