Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Phoenix focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
