Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
