Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova West Health and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
