Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Fox Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Phoenix. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
