Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Phoenix with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
