Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Ember Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
