Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
