Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Omaha. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
