Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
