Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Sparrow Energy is an energy provider in Omaha focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
