Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Omaha producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
