Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group looks after properties across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 705 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supply orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
