Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oklahoma City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
