Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Harbor Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Oklahoma City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
