Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Oklahoma City presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
