Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Lakeside Energy Group is an energy provider in Oklahoma City focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
