Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Ember Construction is a Oakland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
