Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
